Discover Kraków, a beautiful modern city steeped in history at the heart of Europe

With its population of 800 000 people, Krakow offers a wide range of public events and venues including never-ending cafes, festivals and museums, Europe’s largest market square, The Kraków Philharmonic, the chic Museum of Contemporary Art, the breath-taking Cricoteka cultural institute, the vibrant Bunkier Art Gallery and the National Museum. Not convinced yet? Explore Wawel Castle, a royal residency next to Vistula River.

The Institute of Psychology is located 1.5 km (a ten-minute walk) from the city centre, right next to Park Jordana, Krakow’s favourite park. You can easily get here by bike, tram (it goes underground!) and bus from any side of the city. The public transport network makes moving around the city easy.

Krakow’s main railway station provides high-speed rail connections, and it only takes 5 hours to get to the sea! The regional airport is Poland’s second largest, with flights to almost all parts of the world.

Visit Krakow’s Official Website for further details.
